ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK DAN KEBUTUHAN RUANG PARKIR DI SUPERMARKET KOTA BANDUNG (Studi Kasus: Borma Jl. Ibrahim Adjie)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics and parking capacity in Borma Supermarket. The analysis results show parking capacity for two-wheeled vehicles is 105 vehicles, and 31 vehicles for four-wheeled vehicles. Observation of parking volume on the first day was 504 two-wheeled vehicles and 273 vehicles for four-wheelers, on the second day 323 vehicles for two-wheelers and 231 four-wheeled vehicles. The turnover rate is 4.5 for two-wheelers, 9.1 for four-wheelers on the first day, while the turnover rate is 2,909 for two-wheelers and 7.7 for four-wheeled vehicles/day/space. The maximum parking index results for the first day of two-wheeled vehicles are 0.95%, and 1.03% for four-wheeled vehicles, and for the average parking index of 0.61% for two-wheeled vehicles, 0.81% for four-wheeled vehicles, while on the second day 0.52% two-wheeled vehicles, 0.97% four-wheeled vehicles, and for the average parking index on the second day, 0.38% two-wheeled vehicles,  and 0.74% four-wheelers. The maximum parking duration is 0 – 15 minutes for two-wheeled vehicles and 15 – 30 minutes for four-wheeled vehicles. The available capacity for two-wheeled vehicles is 177.8 m2, while four-wheeled vehicles are 188.1 m2. And the need for parking space is 168 m2 for two-wheeled vehicles, and 139.5 m2 for four-wheeled vehicles.
