ANALISIS DAMPAK LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN EFFORT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. FEDERAL INTERNATIONAL FINANCE (FIF) SURABAYA
Abstract
PT. Federal International Finance (FIF), Surabaya is a company engaged in financing, has a very important role in society, both individuals and companies. It is mainly in support of the smooth financial transaction. However, based on data that is five months from October 2009 to November 2010, experienced a decrease in billing targets, suspected conditions not conducive working environment, thus decreasing the performance of collectors participate. Work environment will motivate collectors to attempt or endeavor so as to enhance the achievement of the target collection, and ultimately the performance of the collector can be improved. Furthermore, this study aims to analyze the environmental impact of work and effort on the performance of employees of PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Surabaya.
This study uses the work environment variables, effort and employee performance. Measurement of variables using Likert scale. Population as well as samples in this study is the collector of PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Surabaya were 116 respondents. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modelling).
Results of hypothesis testing showed that the work environment has a significant positive effect on performance, work environment has a significant positive tehadap effort, and effort has a significant positive effect on performance.
