The study was conducted at the ORF PHE WMO from July to September 2025. Primary data came from field observations and interviews with HSSE personnel, while secondary data included company procedures and permit registers. Results: The study resulted in a web-based Digital SIKA Dashboard. Key features include digital permit submission, multi-level approval workflows (PTWC, AA, SC), an interactive site plot plan for real-time permit location visualization, and integration of supporting documents. The system centralizes data, replacing physical boards and manual registers. Conclusion: The Digital SIKA Dashboard effectively addresses the limitations of the manual system by providing real-time monitoring, enhancing transparency, reducing administrative errors, and supporting integrated OSH management. Its implementation requires user training and potential future integration with IoT for optimal effectiveness.
Yestyana Mufid Rianti, Triyanto Triyanto, Kurnia Ardiansyah Akbar ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournalwiraraja.com/index.php/JIK/article/view/5043 Sun, 31 May 2026 03:23:57 +0000 Characteristics Of Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media (Omsk) Patients At St. Madyang City Palopo https://ejournalwiraraja.com/index.php/JIK/article/view/4350
Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media (CSOM) is a middle ear infection characterized by perforation of the tympanic membrane and persistent otorrhea lasting for more than two months. Local epidemiological data on CSOM in Kota Palopo, particularly from hospital-based settings, remain limited. Therefore, this study aims to describe the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of CSOM patients in a regional hospital setting where local data are still limited, focusing on factors such as gender, age, main complaints, CSOM type, and perforation location. A descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional design was used, collecting data from medical records of patients diagnosed with CSOM from January to June 2023 (n = 40). The results showed that the majority of patients were aged 19–60 years, with otorrhea as the most common complaint and benign CSOM type. Most patients had perforation at the pars tensa, while perforations at the pars flaccida and marginal locations were less common but posed a higher risk of severe complications. This study provides preliminary descriptive data on the characteristics of CSOM patients at RSU St. Madyang Kota Palopo. These findings may serve as a baseline for future research and local prevention efforts.
Tenri Aurelia Farid Putri, Andi Tenri Sanna Arifuddin, Sidrah Darma, Ahmad Ardhani Pratama, Andi Alamanda Irwan ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournalwiraraja.com/index.php/JIK/article/view/4350 Sun, 31 May 2026 03:41:31 +0000 Gerontological Nursing Care with Dementia at the Budhi Mulia 01 Cipayung Jakarta Social Home for the Elderly https://ejournalwiraraja.com/index.php/JIK/article/view/5132
Dementia is a degenerative disorder of intellectual function that can affect memory, thought processes, judgment, interpretation, and communication, both verbally and in writing. This condition often occurs in the elderly and impacts an individual's ability to carry out daily activities. This study used a case study method with a geriatric nursing care approach for dementia clients at the Panti Tresna Werdha Budhi Mulia 01 Cipayung, East Jakarta. Data collection was carried out using a geriatric nursing care assessment format through the stages of assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the assessment showed that both clients had almost the same complaints, especially memory impairment and the risk of falling in the elderly aged over 65 years. The first client experienced memory impairment, self-care deficit, and impaired sense of comfort, while the second client experienced memory impairment, impaired verbal communication, hearing impairment, and self-care deficit. Nursing interventions were carried out through memory stimulation and concentration training. After nursing actions were carried out, the client's condition showed quite good improvement. The assessment of geriatric nursing care for both clients revealed nearly identical complaints. Four nursing diagnoses were identified in the first client, while three were identified in the second client. Interventions and implementation were carried out based on a predetermined action plan, supported by adequate facilities and resources, and direct evaluation. It is recommended that nursing home administrators and healthcare workers continue to collaborate in monitoring the health conditions of the elderly so that clients can maintain their activities and quality of life.
Ahmad Fahri, Restu Iriani, Revie Fitria Nasution, Suhaiba Suhaiba ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://ejournalwiraraja.com/index.php/JIK/article/view/5132 Mon, 06 Jul 2026 01:57:10 +0000 The Relationship Between Adolescents’ Knowledge Level About Dietary Patterns and Risk Factors for Diabetes Mellitus https://ejournalwiraraja.com/index.php/JIK/article/view/5110
Background: Adolescence is a critical stage in the process of life development.
