The development process is focused on the main needs of users, namely students, so that the resulting application can improve efficiency, ease of use, and clarity of flow in managing student achievements.</em> <em>The results of this study indicate that the developed Student E-Achievement application is able to meet user needs effectively. This is shown through the results of testing with a questionnaire instrument, where an average value of 4.18 was obtained from a maximum scale of 5. If converted into a percentage, the level of user satisfaction with the application's UI/UX design reaches 83.6%. This value exceeds the threshold set in the hypothesis, which is 80%. This study aims to design a web-based decision support system to evaluate teacher performance more objectively and efficiently using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which was chosen for its simple and effective algorithm in multi-criteria decision-making and its ability to generate clear rankings based on the weight of each criterion. The study employed 28 assessment criteria and involved 88 teachers selected through purposive sampling, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation within the school environment. The system receives input from evaluators, performs normalization, calculates preference values, and generates performance rankings. Hal ini berdampak pada efektivitas layanan dan monitoring penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, ketertiban, dan transparansi dalam layanan uji etik. Sistem dibangun menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) melalui tahap perencanaan, desain, konstruksi, dan implementasi dengan framework Laravel. Pendekatan ini menekankan iterasi cepat serta keterlibatan pengguna agar sistem sesuai kebutuhan. Pengujian dilakukan secara internal dan eksternal. Uji blackbox pada 38 skenario menunjukkan semua fitur berfungsi (100%). Uji penerimaan (UAT) melibatkan peneliti, admin, reviewer, dan pimpinan, dengan hasil kepuasan 100% terkait tampilan, kemudahan, dan relevansi sistem. Hasil penelitian membuktikan aplikasi efektif mempercepat proses, meningkatkan ketertiban, serta memperbaiki dokumentasi digital. Selain memberi manfaat praktis, penelitian ini juga berkontribusi akademis melalui penerapan RAD pada sistem informasi layanan. Metode ini sering menimbulkan hambatan seperti keterlambatan pemrosesan konvensional, kesalahan pencatatan, serta kurangnya efisiensi dalam penyimpanan arsip. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web yang mampu memfasilitasi administrasi dan pemantauan surat santri secara digital dan terintegrasi. Sistem dirancang agar mempermudah komunikasi antar pihak, khususnya antara admin dan pengasuh, tanpa harus melakukan tatap muka. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Waterfall, dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi aplikasi, hingga pengujian fungsional. Aplikasi dibangun dengan framework Laravel serta dilengkapi fitur notifikasi otomatis melalui WhatsApp API dan QR Code untuk validasi surat secara digital. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan baik, memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, dan memberikan peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap kecepatan serta akurasi layanan. Berdasarkan evaluasi eksternal melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna, aplikasi mendapatkan nilai kepuasan sebesar 85,71%, yang termasuk dalam kategori “sangat layak”. The system combines an online TPA exam module with an automatic class grouping module using the Constrained K-Means clustering algorithm. This algorithm was specifically chosen for its ability to incorporate constraints on the number of students per cluster, ensuring a balanced and objective distribution across all classes. Latar belakang penelitian berawal dari sistem monitoring manual yang masih menggunakan Google Form dan Spreadsheeat sehingga belum mampu memberikan pemantauan real-time, validasi otomatis, maupun integrasi data antar Polsek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem bebbasis web dengan fitur front-end bagi Polsek dan back-end badi admin HUMAS, dilengkapi dengan dashboard interaktif, notifikasi otomatis, serta rekap harian yang terintegrasi. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode Waterfall melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web guna mempermudah proses pemesanan alat kontrasepsi. Metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall, dengan ruang lingkup penelitian terbatas pada tahap perancangan sistem. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta kajian literatur. The Banyuwangi Regency Health Office has an ongoing program to implement NCD screening through health facilities, however, observations activities indicate that the data recording process is still carried out manually using spreadsheet applications. Therefore, this study aims to design an expert system that can assist in the diagnosis of hyperactivity in early childhood. The method used in this study is system design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with the assistance of Rational Rose software. System modeling is carried out using several UML diagrams such as Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams to illustrate the system's structure and workflow. The results of the study are an expert system design that can assist users in conducting consultations based on the child's symptoms and provide information and initial treatment solutions. This study optimizes LightGBM using an imbalanced-learning approach to predict teen depression risk from the public Kaggle dataset Social Media Impact on Teen Mental Health. The dataset contains 1,200 adolescent records with demographic, social-media, sleep, academic, physical-activity, stress, anxiety, addiction, and depression-label variables. Only 31 records or 2.58% belong to the positive depression-risk class; therefore, stratified validation, class weighting, and minority-sensitive metrics were used. Several algorithms were compared, including Logistic Regression with SMOTE, Balanced Random Forest, HistGradientBoosting, XGBoost, CatBoost, and LightGBM. LightGBM achieved the strongest average PR-AUC of 0.995 and ROC-AUC of 1.000, while HistGradientBoosting produced the highest average F1-score of 0.969. Permutation importance indicated that stress level, sleep duration, anxiety level, and daily social-media duration were influential variables.
