ANALISIS PRODUKTIFITAS PENGGUNAAN ALAT BERAT PADA PEKERJAAN TANAH PROYEK JALAN TOL PEKANBARU-BANGKINANG STA 9+300 – 10+000

Abstract

Pekanbaru-Bangkinang Toll Road uses earthworks. The problem that is happening now is that the land for the entrance, which is at STA 9+350 – 10+000 in the Sungai Pinang area, has just been released in January 2022. In earthworks, there is a target that must be met, which is 2,336,733 m3/day. From the results of the field inspection, it seems that there has been a delay in the earthworks. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to determine the cause of the delay. This study focuses on the purpose of knowing the productivity of heavy equipment, in order to determine the solution for the work delays that occur. After conducting a field review, the results of each heavy equipment were 1,727,568 m3/day (excavator), 1,663,230 m3/day (dump truck), 12,344,320 (bulldozer), and 8,300,544 m3/day (vibroroller). From the results obtained, excavators and dump trucks cannot meet the planned targets. So, the handling effort taken is by increasing the number of tools that work in the field. In addition to the addition of tools, the addition of a soil quarry was also carried out, in order to accommodate the additional tools that were carried out. The addition of 6 tools for excavators increased productivity to 3,455,136 m3/day and the addition of 29 dump trucks to 3,455,136 m3/day. Daily volume can be achieved with a record that the performance of the equipment in the field does not decrease and there are no other hindering factors.
