This study aims to evaluate the implementation of SIK at Puskesmas X, Makassar City, using the Performance of Routine Information System Management (PRISM) framework to assess system performance from input, process, and output aspects. The research method used is a case study through semi-structured interviews, observations, and document review. Three informants were selected purposively with the criteria of informants who are directly involved in the management of the Health Information System at Puskesmas X, Makassar City. Data were analyzed thematically to evaluate the implementation of SIK based on the PRISM framework. The results of the study showed that in the input aspect, adequate hardware and internet connection were available, as well as training support from vendors. In terms of processes, the system has been run according to procedures, but there are still obstacles in the form of connectivity disruptions and limitations of reporting features that only present basic reports, so they do not support more in-depth analysis. In the output aspect, the system simplifies the workflow of officers and speeds up reporting, but the use of data for decision-making is not optimal because it is only used to produce routine reports, without further analysis that can support strategic decision-making. This study concludes that the implementation of SIK at Puskesmas X is going quite well where the available hardware and internet connection show adequate performance and reporting speed that meets the set operational standards. However, strengthening internal policies and sustainable system development is needed to be able to meet the needs of health services as a whole. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive application of the PRISM framework in the evaluation of SIK in primary health services.
Mujtahidah Mujtahidah Samsiana Samsiana Irwandi Rachman ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2025-11-30 2025-11-30 15 2 16 25 10.24929/fik.v15i2.4541 Pengaruh Terapi Relaksasi Autogenik terhadap Penurunan Intensitas Nyeri pada Pasien Syndrome Dispepsia di RSUD Prof. Dr. H. Aloe Saboe Kota Gorontalo https://ejournalwiraraja.com/index.php/FIK/article/view/4016
Dyspepsia is one of the most common digestive complaints experienced by the community and can cause pain as well as discomfort in the upper abdomen, which may interfere with daily activities. To date, pain management efforts in dyspepsia patients generally involve pharmacological therapy such as the administration of antacids or acid-suppressing medications. However, the effects of these therapies are not always optimal, and some patients continue to experience recurrent pain symptoms. Therefore, non-pharmacological therapy is needed to help reduce pain symptoms independently, one of which is autogenic relaxation therapy that focuses on the patient’s ability to create a sense of relaxation in their own body. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of autogenic relaxation therapy on reducing pain intensity in patients with dyspepsia syndrome at Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Regional General Hospital, Gorontalo City. This research used a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design and a one-group pretest–posttest approach. The study sample consisted of 15 respondents selected using accidental sampling techniques. Pain intensity was measured using the Numeric Rating Scale, and the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that autogenic relaxation therapy had an effect on reducing pain intensity in patients with dyspepsia syndrome in the Emergency Department of Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Hospital, Gorontalo City. The Wilcoxon test obtained a significance value of p = 0.000 (< 0.05). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that autogenic relaxation therapy is effective in reducing pain intensity among patients with dyspepsia syndrome and may serve as an alternative non-pharmacological intervention in dyspepsia pain management.
Mahdalia Salsabila Yusuf Siti Rahma Sitti Fatimah Meylandri Arsad ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2025-11-30 2025-11-30 15 2 26 33 10.24929/fik.v15i2.4016 Hubungan Family Centered Care dan Kepatuhan Terapi dengan Kualitas Hidup pada Pasien TB Paru https://ejournalwiraraja.com/index.php/FIK/article/view/3521
Tuberculosis (pulmonary TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and is one of the 10 leading causes of death in the world. Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis often experience low quality of life, which can negatively impact their adherence to therapy, potentially resulting in treatment failure or even death. Since 2016, individuals with pulmonary tuberculosis have experienced a declining treatment success rate. One strategy to increase access to healthcare is through Family Centered Care, which emphasizes the value of family participation in patient care initiatives. The research objective was to determine the correlation between family centered care and therapy compliance with the life quality of pulmonary TB patients at Jend Ahmad Yani Hospital of Metro. The research type was quantitative with descriptive correlational research design using cross-sectional. The population in the study was 80 people who were still undergoing treatment. The sampling size was determined by total sampling. The instruments used in this research were the family care questionnaire, MMAS-8, and Short From-36 (SF-36). Data analysis used the Gamma statistical test and the Chi-Square test. The statistical test results show that there is a correlation between family-centered care and the quality of life of pulmonary TB patients at Jend Ahmad Yani Hospital of Metro with a p-value of 0.002 and the statistical test results show that there is a correlation between therapy compliance and the life quality pulmonary TB patients at Jend Ahmad Yani Hospital of Metro. This is intended to raise awareness of the significance of treatment adherence and family participation in enhancing the quality of life for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. The incidence of STIs which is still quite high is caused by risk factors of more than one sex partner, marital status, condom use, PSK, Homosexuality, last sexual partner, and history of suffering from STIs. The purpose of this study was to provide in-depth information to crew members (ABK) as a means of increasing self-awareness through education of sexually transmitted diseases on knowledge of prevention in crew members at the Hurnala Tulehu port. using the Pre-experiment method with the One Group Pre-test Post-test type. The treatment activity provided was health education on knowledge of prevention of sexually transmitted diseases in crew members (ABK) with the one group pre-test-post-test method. This method uses one group as the subject of the study with observations before and after the intervention or action was carried out. This was done to compare the knowledge of ABK before and after being given treatment (intervention) with a sample size of 113 samples. The results of the statistical test show that the p value = 0.002 < 0.050, which means that there is a relationship between knowledge and preventive measures for sexually transmitted diseases in crew members (ABK) influenced by several factors, including predisposing factors, namely the knowledge of crew members (ABK) who are in the poor category have not carried out prevention properly and knowledge about sexually transmitted diseases is still minimal.
Fitria Umagapi Herlien Sianay Zulfikar Lating Dinda Aprianda Wally Abd Rijali Lapodi ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2025-11-30 2025-11-30 15 2 45 51 10.24929/fik.v15i2.4227 Penerapan Terapi Genggam Jari untuk Menurunkan Tingkat Nyeri pada Pasien Selulitis Pedis dengan Komplikasi Diabetes Mellitus: Laporan Kasus https://ejournalwiraraja.com/index.php/FIK/article/view/4835
Diabetes mellitus increases patients’ vulnerability to cellulitis due to impaired circulation, neuropathy, and reduced immunity, which lead to symptoms such as redness, pain, and swelling in the affected area.
